Refund & Shipping Policy
Customers who purchase products directly from our SKIN100 may return any unopened and unused product by mail within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND

Due to hygiene reasons, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original seal and packaging.

Discounted or promotional items, including those purchased during sales events, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Accessories are final sale and non-refundable.

Returns of the same product type in excessive quantities may be refused at our discretion.
THE REFUND PROCESS
We only accept returns with a tracking number, as SKIN100 is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will only be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item or are missing a product, please contact us at info@skin100.ca within 3 days of receiving your order, and include photos of the issue for our review.
If you are not satisfied with a Skin100 product for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date at info@skin100.ca. Our team will assess the concern and determine the most appropriate resolution.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS ?
We aim to process all refunds in a timely manner. Once your return is received and the refund is approved, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND.
If you've received confirmation from us that your refund has been processed, but the funds haven’t appeared in your account, we recommend the following:

Skin100 offers FREE shipping on all orders over $100 (before tax) within Canada.
We ship via Canada Post or UPS, depending on your delivery location and the most efficient service available.

Delivery occurs on business days only. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for delivery to rural or remote areas.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status online.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

No one available to receive the package at the time of delivery
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
